We train people how to train others. The training system instructs the trainers in developing SOJT through planning, teaching, and testing, which results in error-free learning. This training is based on learning how to identify job tasks, conduct task analysis, and teaches the most effective explaining, demonstrating and coaching techniques. An evaluation system verifies your employees learn the skills and apply the knowledge.
Training The Master Trainer
TKG delivers 4 days of on-site personalized training designed for 6-12 participants using the TKG Structured OJT Trainer Course. Master Trainers are taught both instructional and development skills as they are led through practice exercises with “transparent” content to learn the SOJT process. Your trainers will also learn how to perform task analyses and how to convert them electronically to performance checklists, training handouts, and lesson plans, using our proprietary “Show-Tell System” software.
Your Master Trainers will use the Instructor Selection Test to help identify those employees most likely to succeed as OJT Trainers, then use the SOJT Trainer System to prepare your OJT Trainers to implement SOJT and to continue developing your own trainers for years to come.
This enables you to establish and maintain your own SOJT program—with all of the training materials--enabling your Master Trainers to teach the content and skills needed by your OJT Trainers to then train future employees year after year.

Time Flexibility
- The workshop begins with one full eight-hour day.
- The on-the-job practice of three skills can be learned in one day or over two weeks.
- The second and third class days can be delivered in two 8-hour days or in four half-day sessions.
- The full workshop can be delivered in four 6-hour days.
- Or, you can configure it in a more flexible way to exactly meet your needs. You will have the Participant Manual in digital form so you can re-sequence the lessons or leave out units.
Content Flexibility
- Because you will have the Participant Manual in digital form, you can make a new manual which includes only those activities you need for your program. For example, you might omit those performance checklists that don’t pertain to a particular job or group of OJT Trainers.
- You can totally focus on instructional skills, with CFM, CFC and Real-Content Coaching practiced in two days and four teaching experiences.
- Or, you can focus on task analysis, performance checklist, and/or job aids. Exercises can be extended for those who will be specifically responsible for developing them on the job.
- Or, you can use it for mentor training for use in training managers or supervisors.

- Workshop materials are provided in an industrial-quality plastic box or a rolling soft-sided suitcase.

- Participant manuals and instructor guides are on a memory stick.
- Re-usable folders and training materials are laminated.
Easy Set Up
- Photocopy masters of consumable pages are designed to be printed easily and quickly in sets.
- Replacing the pages in folders and participant manuals used in training exercises can be done in minutes.
